Jimmy at Bluffton Bay Sails built this sharp new Genoa for an Islander 30 earlier this summer using Orange SPX 625 – a high-performance sailcloth built for strength, shape retention, and long-term durability.
To finish the job, Jimmy also made the UV cover on the Genoa and the Mainsail cover using Orange Sunbrella®, purchased from Bainbridge International.
